Dilute Ultragon in the parts washer tank at 1:10 to 1:20 for general component cleaning, or 1:5 to 1:10 for heavily contaminated engine and transmission parts. Heat to 40–60°C for optimal performance.
Load components and activate
Place components in the parts washer basket or conveyor. For manual washers, immerse and agitate with brush. For automatic systems, close the cabinet and start the spray or immersion cycle.
Allow detergent to penetrate
Let Ultragon circulate and penetrate for 2–10 minutes depending on contamination level. Heated solution accelerates oil emulsification and carbon breakdown on heavily soiled parts.
Remove and rinse if required
